Egypt Land Tours: Cairo, Aswan, Luxor & Hurghada in 10 Days

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Cairo, Private Airport Welcome

• Your Egypt adventure with Egypt Land Tours starts the moment you land. Our representative greets you, helps with the visa process, and takes you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. After check-in and a welcome drink, we'll go through your 10-day itinerary and can suggest optional evening activities.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Grand Egyptian Museum, Then Fly to Aswan

• After breakfast, meet your expert guide and head to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), the Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren), and the Pyramid of Menkaure (Mykerinus), with a panoramic viewpoint for your best photos. Visit the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Grand Egyptian Museum and its Tutankhamun treasures. Later, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan, where our representative takes you to your hotel for the night.

Day 3: Philae Temple & High Dam, or Optional Abu Simbel, Then Transfer to Luxor

• Choose how to spend your morning in Aswan. Option A (optional extra): leave early for the Abu Simbel Temples, about a 3.5-hour drive each way. Option B (included): visit the High Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Afterwards, transfer to Luxor, check in at your hotel, and relax.

Day 4: Luxor East Bank, Karnak & Luxor Temples

• After breakfast, explore Luxor's East Bank with your guide. Walk among the giant columns of Karnak Temple, then visit Luxor Temple, one of the best places in Egypt to understand ancient Egyptian history. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 5: Luxor West Bank, Then Transfer to Hurghada

• Visit the Valley of the Kings, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. After lunch, transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea coast, where you'll check in, enjoy dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 6: Free Day on the Red Sea in Hurghada

• Enjoy a full day to relax, swim, snorkel, or dive in the clear Red Sea waters. Optional excursions are available if you want to explore more of the coast. Dinner at your hotel.

Day 7: Second Leisure Day in Hurghada

• Spend another free day on the beach or underwater, as active or as relaxed as you like. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 8: Fly Back to Cairo

• After breakfast, transfer to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. On arrival, check in at your hotel and relax.

Day 9: Optional Alexandria Day Trip

• Take an optional full-day tour to Alexandria to visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the Citadel of Qaitbay, and the exterior of the Library of Alexandria, with lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Cairo for your last night. If you prefer, spend the day at leisure in Cairo.

Meals: Breakfast (plus lunch if you join the Alexandria tour)

Day 10: Departure from Cairo

• Enjoy a final breakfast, then our representative transfers you to Cairo International Airport. You'll leave with memories from the Pyramids of Giza to the Red Sea, and we hope to welcome you back with Egypt Land Tours soon.
